With over 20 years of experience in the security industry, Chris Besenyoi is a highly qualified practitioner who has managed security projects on both a national and international scale. He holds several certifications, including the CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager), CPO (Certified Protection Officer), CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Associate), CC (Certified in Cybersecurity) & CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) and has undergone training in CISSP, CCIE, CPP and CEH, among others.
Chris is a graduate of Police Foundations, is CPTED Level 2 certified and holds a certificate in Basic Emergency Management. He also holds various vendor-issued certifications in access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems, such as Keyscan Aurora, Lenel OnGuard, C-Cure 800, C-Cure 9000, S2, Kantech, AMAG, Avigilon, Salient Systems, Omnicast, Milestone, March Networks, Intellex, DSC, DMP, and RoamAlert.
Throughout his career, Chris has worked as a senior associate consultant for various well-known consultant firms worldwide, including serving as a “go-to guy” for the most reputable consultants operating today. He has also performed numerous Threat & Risk, CPTED, Vulnerability, Physical Security and Security Program Assessments over the past 10 years for various large firms with multiple locations.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, Chris founded CSB Security Inc and, together with his team of experts, continues to provide high-quality physical, cyber and app security solutions, tailored to the needs of each client, on a worldwide scale.
Chris is currently working towards obtaining the CTIA (Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst) designation which is one of the most sought after Cyber Security designations today.
Terry M. Hoffman is a security threat risk analyst, business impact, and emergency preparedness expert. Mr. Hoffman has achieved the designation of a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International. Only eleven-thousand professionals worldwide have earned the designation of CPP. This select group of professionals has demonstrated competency in the area of protecting people, property, and information assets with best-business practices through an intensive qualification and testing program. In addition, Mr. Hoffman is certified by Disaster Recovery International (D.R.I.) as an internationally recognized “Certified Business Continuity Professional” (CBCP). Mr. Hoffman also possesses a postgraduate diploma from Georgian College, with honours, in the study of the new millennium type of crime “Cyberspace Security and Internet Law.” Mr. Hoffman has also achieved certification in Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) from Peel Regional Police. Mr. Hoffman is a licensed Security Consultant in the Province of British Columbia governed under the BC Security Services Act.
Since the events of September 11, 2001, Mr. Hoffman has been involved in developing and implementing an “Assets Protection Plan” for the Canada Border Services Agency at over twenty- five high risk United States of America International traffic and commercial border crossings from British Columbia to New Brunswick. Mr. Hoffman has been engaged by; Newfoundland Labrador Hydro, Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport, Vancouver International Airport, Hamilton Airport, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Oxford Properties, GO Transit, Edmonton Transit, Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Finance, Immigration Canada, SNC Lavalin Profac, Ontario Realty Corporation, Ministry of Government Services, Research in Motion, Telus, Rogers Communications, Woodbine Entertainment Group, Calgary Sports and Entertainment, OPEN TEXT, Salvation Army, VALE, University of Guelph, Queen’s University, York University, Humber College, Cambrian College, Mohawk College, Peel Regional Police Service and Barrie City Police Services and a number of other provincial and municipal government agencies, educational institutions, and police organizations.
Mr. Hoffman is a regular contributor, and has been published several times, in the Canadian Security Magazine as an expert in Security Management practices. Mr. Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in the security and risk management industry and over 15 years of experience in project managing security audits and Threat Risk Assessments. With multiple training certificates in electronic security design on a variety of numerous access control and closed circuit t.v. systems, he not only brings an operational experience to the table but is also unique in his ability to understand technical systems and how they should be utilized best to meet an enterprise’s overall security program objective.
Michael White is an internationally recognized Forensic Security and Risk Management Consultant. He has provided counsel and risk mitigation strategies to a diverse clientele, including private entities, government agencies, and high-profile public figures. With his extensive experience and unparalleled expertise, Michael specializes in enhancing security profiles and mitigating risk to prepare his clients for any emergency.
Michael’s proficiency in security management is demonstrated by his numerous accreditations and designations, including his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and Canadian Risk Management designation (CRM) from the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Security Management from Buckinghamshire New University, an Advanced Certificate in Political Violence and Terrorism Studies from St. Andrew’s University, has been awarded the Situation Awareness Specialist Advanced Practitioner designation through the Arcuri Group LLC. Additionally, he has been awarded the ISO 22301 (BCMS) certified Lead Implementer designation by PECB, further highlighting his comprehensive knowledge of security management practices.
Yatin Jain is a strategic leader and technology entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in web and mobile application development, software development, managed IT infrastructure, cyber security, VAPT, risk management, data architecture, IAM, cloud deployments, digital marketing, IoT, and AL/ML. He is a strong advocate of promoting digital transformation and smart infrastructure solutions to create a more sustainable, reliable, and efficient world.
With his extensive experience, Yatin has developed and maintained large-scale applications using various tech stacks such as MERN, MEAN, LAMP, .Net, Java, and CMS such as Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce, and has solid experience with UI/UX front-end and back-end technologies.
Yatin holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He firmly believes in using technology to change lives, enabling communities, and empowering businesses to become safe and reach operational and business excellence.
